I'm a first time home buyer, Troy was very detailed in explaining the home buying process. All my questions was answered immediately, he made me feel comfortable during this process and I would recommend him to anyone who's in the market of purchasing a home.

My story: My family had been trying to buy a house for at least 5 years before we met Troy Booth. We would go and get pre-approved but only to be denied and just left out there, no follow-up or instructions on what we need to do to qualify. Fast forward roughly five years my sister-in-law told us to talk to Troy Booth and see if he could assist us, we did and the rest is history we are now the owners of a brand new beautiful home that we are very thankful as well as proud of .
